We are the "cleaner" choice. We clean as if it's our own place! we use 90% eco friendly cleaning products. We specialise in End of lease or Pre-Move in Cleaning. We Pride ourselves on Communication - We do the best we can to get your bond back in full* (*We guarantee on OUR Cleaning Only of course - IF there is any damage/Issues outside of a general cleaning Issue then WE cannot control this - BUT We ensure the property is satisfactory to the Real Estate/Owners based on our Cleaning only that we can control.)
We consider each job carefully to ensure the very best value for money-
We can do smaller jobs also, ie: 1 bathroom only or just a lounge room, however - We have a $250 (plus GST) minimum call out rate for any single/smaller jobs. This gives you flexibility but of course more value for money by us doing a full End of Lease/vacate clean.
Whilst our aim is always 100% commitment to you. We also believe Communication is key as well as us being value for money and eco friendly cleaning. So we try to ensure you know our basic services up front.
WHAT WE CHARGE EXTRA FOR -
**CARPET CLEANING (extra charge - $60 per bedroom size)
**BLINDS -- WE DUST Blinds as part of our end of lease cleans, BUT for actual cleaning of venetian or plantation shutters we charge $20 per window/blind set.
MOLD -- We only treat basic mold (Any serious mold requires a Mold expert) but if u require bathroom tiles - grout etc we will charge extra. Also, MOLD On walls/ ceiling would be an additional fee.. As this is deemed extra from a standard clean. Expect anywhere from $50-$400 extra depending on the extent.
We are a fully bonded cleaning service. We carry insurance for the work that we do in your home/Office/complex. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.

Booking with Clean To Shine Sydney
Once you confirm your booking with us, we will email you an invoice. Please note that your booking is not secured until the 50% deposit has been paid. The remaining balance is due on the day of the clean.
If we are required to cancel your booking due to an issue on our end, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Unfortunately, some agents may not allow us the opportunity to return, even when a re-clean is valid. This is why we require full payment on the day of service—to ensure our guarantee can be honoured fairly.

If our team determines that a property is in an unsuitable or unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to decline service or request additional fees. If we choose to walk away from the job, the deposit will be non-refundable. IF we have NOT received a deposit or if the booking is through an Agent - a $250 call out fee will be charged.This policy ensures we are compensated for lost bookings due to circumstances beyond our control. We only refuse jobs under reasonable and justifiable circumstances.
Such as, Hot water (running from taps) must be available for all cleans - IF we do NOT have running HOT water, we reserve the right to abort the job. Our Team(s) cannot complete a satisfactory clean without the use of running Hot water.
